Fun and easy to make Lemon Cheesecake Jars that everyone will love.


1x Sachet diet jelly (Lemon)
1/2 Cup boiling water
500g Natural coconut yoghurt
1 Scoop vanilla Petite Vegan Protein
1/4 Cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

Crumbed lemon biscuits (Optional)
Food colouring (Optional)


  • Place coconut yoghurt, vanilla protein and freshly squeezed lemon juice in blender.
  • Mix 1x sachet of diet jelly with 1/2 cup boiling water separately, stir then add to blender with  the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend on slow speed until all ingredients are smooth and creamy.
  • Empty into a suitable container.
  • Refrigerate to set.
